Rawson Lake and Upper Kananaskis Lake Trail is an 8.7km hike to Rawson Lake, and during the summertime, it is heavily trafficked. Even though it is a heavily trafficked trail, it is not rare to see grizzly bears. It is essential to be diligent, make noise and be prepared. In the wintertime, amazing views, lots of snow, and it is usually snowing. The image was captured in November 2021, and there is already an abundance of snow going up to the lake.
